Returns
If an item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, please return it at your own cost for a full refund or exchange in another size or color.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. This means the item should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying it on). Any labels or tags must remain intact.
Certain items are non-returnable, including underwear and swimwear.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund, which will be applied to your original payment method within 2 days.
If you return items directly to our store, we’ll still process the return through our website, and the refund will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver for later gifting, we’ll issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

You’re also welcome to return or exchange items in-store, though refunds will still be processed through our website.
You’re responsible for covering shipping costs for returns. Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.
If returning an item over R2000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
